Charles worked nearly 10 years at Shell and 20 years at PwC and IBM, of which 15 years as a Partner and Managing Partner. He was Group CEO and currently commissioner of Meratus Group. His passion is to transform organisations into high performing organizations in terms of people, operations, reporting and systems, with a large focus on clients & differentiaton, strategy & execution, and technology & digitisation.
